At checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. This confirmation, together with your purchase, constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Practice. The Practice operates as an independent service provider under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
2. Nature of Services
The Practice provides strategic guidance services rooted in classical Chinese analytical traditions. These services are cultural, educational, and strategic in nature.
These services are not fortune telling, psychic services, divination for hire, or predictive services within the meaning of any federal, state, or local regulation. No claim is made that outcomes can be predicted, guaranteed, or supernaturally determined.

4. Right to Refuse Service

- Requests that fall outside the scope of the services offered
- Repeated chargebacks or payment disputes
- Any conduct the Practice deems incompatible with the nature of the services
- Cases where the Practice believes the service is not a good fit for the customer's expectations
In the event of refusal before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If work is already in progress, the Practice may issue a partial or full refund at its sole discretion.
5. Purchase & Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase through the payment methods available at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that (a) you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, (b) you have read and agree to the refund policy stated herein, and (c) you agree to contact us at the email address listed below to resolve any service concerns before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Practice constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Marketing Communications
By completing your purchase, you consent to receive marketing communications from the Practice via email, including educational content, service updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every marketing email. This consent is separate from and does not affect transactional communications related to your purchase (order confirmations, delivery notifications, customer support).
6. Intake Form & Service Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a secure Intake Form. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The quality and relevance of your deliverable depends on the information you provide.
Each service produces a digital document containing strategic analysis based on the information provided. The specific format, length, language, and content of each deliverable are at the sole discretion of the Practice and may vary.
Estimated delivery timelines displayed on the website are approximate and are not guaranteed commitments. Actual delivery may vary depending on current volume, complexity, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, technical issues, or high demand. The Practice shall not be liable for delays. In the event of significant delay, the Practice will notify you and may offer a revised timeline or a full refund at its sole discretion.
Electronic delivery confirmation (including email delivery) constitutes proof of delivery for all purposes.
7. Refund Policy
- Before Intake Form submission: You may request a full refund at any time before submitting your Intake Form by contacting us directly.
- After Intake Form submission: Once your Intake Form has been submitted, the analysis process begins. No refunds are available after Intake Form submission.
- Declined commissions: If the Practice determines, at its sole discretion, that your inquiry falls outside the scope of the services offered, the commission will be declined and a full refund issued.
No partial refunds, credits, or exchanges are offered under any circumstances not explicitly described above.
For customers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Directive 2011/83/EU (EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By completing your purchase and submitting your Intake Form, you expressly request that preparation of your digital content begin immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Practice begins preparing your deliverable.
Upgrades
If you purchase an upgrade to a Pro-tier service after receiving your Core deliverable, the upgrade fee is non-refundable once you submit the upgrade form. By submitting the upgrade form, you expressly request that preparation of the upgraded deliverable begin immediately, and you acknowledge that no refund is available after submission.
The Pro upgrade adds advanced positioning and Feng Shui alignment to your original Core analysis. It does not include re-analysis of new situations or questions that were not part of your original Intake Form.
8. Satisfaction & Disputes
If you believe your deliverable does not reflect the information you provided in your Intake Form, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery. The Practice may, at its sole discretion, provide clarification or supplemental analysis. This is your exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the deliverable.
Before initiating any formal dispute, chargeback, or legal action, you agree to contact the Practice in writing and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Most concerns can be resolved directly. Failure to follow this process before escalating constitutes a breach of these Terms.
9. No Guarantee of Results
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The services do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or change in circumstances
- Any decisions you make based on the guidance provided are made entirely at your own risk and sole responsibility
- Past results described in testimonials or elsewhere on this website are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes
- The Practice assumes no responsibility for any actions taken or not taken as a result of any deliverable or guidance
10. Confidentiality & Data Retention
All personal information and inquiry details you provide are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
The Practice retains intake data and delivery records for up to 24 months for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes. After this period, data may be deleted. By purchasing, you consent to the Practice retaining records of your transaction, intake form submission, communications, and delivery confirmation for the purpose of resolving any payment disputes.
The Practice reserves the right to use anonymized, non-identifiable data for internal purposes, quality improvement, and promotional materials including case studies, testimonials, and educational content. You agree not to publicly share the content of your deliverable in a way that misrepresents the nature of the services provided.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, frameworks, branding, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of the Practice.
Deliverables provided to you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the deliverable for your own reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or publicly display any deliverable or its contents without prior written permission.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, teach, or commercially exploit any aspect of the analytical methodology used by the Practice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
